Engineering Design Services
Our panel design services provide professional grade electrical drawings utilizing ACAD software. We are a UL listed panel fabricator and build industrial control panels per the UL-508A standard. A typical drawing package includes: electrical schematics, scaled outer and inner panel layouts, interconnection diagrams and complete bill of material. Panels can be designed to meet UL, CSA and CE specifications.
Panel Fabrication Services
ICS utilizes the latest electrical controllers and components to provide a reliable and rugged turn key solution. We can review your application and provide technical assistance to define the process (process flow diagram, P&ID) and specify all required instrumentation. Additionally, both conventional relay, PLC based and SCADA control systems can be provided.
Process Systems Upgrade Services
Many aged equipment systems may function mechanically; however, the associated controls are either obsolete or not reliable for proper continuous operation. As a cost-effective alternative to equipment replacement, ICS will work to upgrade the controls on your existing equipment or recently purchased used equipment. Our team has extensive experience in upgrading process systems, to include but not limited to: bottling and packaging systems, dust collectors, bag houses, RTO’s (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers) and CATOX (Catalytic Oxidizers) systems.
Startup & Commissioning Services
In conjunction with our other services or as a standalone consultation, ICS can verify an equipment’s sequence of operations, interlocks, alarm set points, amongst other system functions. In regards to systems upgrades or new panel fabrication; we can conduct inspections of mechanical piping and electrical wiring in addition to ensuring all proper motor rotations. Furthermore, ICS is willing to facilitate operator training in order to equip customers with the technical knowledge and safety procedures behind running the control systems.
